About "MadEra"
Welcome to “MadEra”. Our self-produced compositions and German-English lyrics are an antithesis to everything that is DJ-oriented and produced with the help of a computer. We are not following the masses, but want to write music for people that long for an authentic, insanely energetic and groove-oriented musical experience. Compared to the popular stuff that is pushed by big labels, night clubs and the charts, we are deliberately going against the grain, indulging ourselves in old school Hardcore/Crossover sounds, mixing them with the raw sentiment of conscious rap and rounding them off with Thrash-/Nu Metal/Metalcore, so basically we make music as if we were creating a good blended whiskey. The final product is our own unconventional “Mad Core”, which leaves a smile in your face, a pain in your limbs and a mark in your heart. But watch your habits of consumption: there is a thin line between enjoying something and getting addicted to it.
