About "Immersed In Black"

Seit 2019 bringt die Hamburger Band Immersed In Black melodiösen Monster-Rockabilly auf die Bühnen. Ein einzigartiker Stil, der aus den zahlreichen musikalischen Einflüssen entstanden ist, den die einzelnen Musiker in die Band gebracht haben. Hardrock, Gothicrock, Darkwave, Rockabilly und Country mischten sich zu einer kraftvollen Komposition und es entstand ein neues Genre. Poetische, tiefgründige Texte, die zum Nachdenken anregen. Dabei schwingt immer ein Hauch von Ironie, Skurrilität und Düsternis mit. Der Mensch als Monster dargestellt, das Leben mit den grausamen, aber auch hellen Momenten, die Angst und Faszination vor dem Unbekannten, das sind die Themen die beleuchtet und dargestellt werden. Im Gegenzug dazu macht die Musik Spaß und lädt zum Tanzen ein. Denn alles ist nur eine Illusion. Wer Immersed In Black auf der Bühne einmal live erlebt hat, bekommt Lust auf mehr.

Immersed In Black is a Band from Hamburg/ Germany,
which was founded in 2019.
They created their own style that moves between gothabilly and darkcountry and called it Monster-Rockabilly. The different kind of genres like Hardrock, Gothic Rock, Darkwave, Rockabilly and Country, which the musicians brought in, mixed together and
build a unique style.
The lyrics are poetic, profound and always with a touch of irony and absurdity. They descibe the human being as a monster, talk about life with all it's dark and light colors, or tell about the fear and fascination of the unknown.
Besides all the dark, the music is also fun and invites you to dance. Everything is just an illusion!
